Payment Policy (Custom Programming)

Unless otherwise advised, all invoices, estimates and quoted amounts are in United States dollars. All projects require a 50% deposit, followed by a further 30% when the project is 50% complete (as deemed by Invisitec.com) with the remainder due on completion of the project. Payments for invoices sent are due within 3 business days. Late payments may incur penalties unless prior arrangements have been made. All scripts developed, work performed, services and software, and copyright for such work, remain the property of Invisitec.com (ABN: 94 339 734 643). We accept the following forms of payment:

Refund Policy

To be considered for a refund, you must submit a written notice (email) to us within thirty (30) calendar days of the date of deliverance of our goods or services. You must provide proof of purchase by way of sales receipt or transaction number. If it is determined by us that a product is faulty or contains errors, we reserve the right to correct the error within five (5) business days or refund the entire purchase price. Where a demonstration version of a product has been made available and no errors that cause the script to function improperly have been identified, no refund will be granted. We will not provide a refund if the end user (you) determines the purchased script to be unsuitable. We will not exchange one product or service for another product or service unless a refund application is deemed to be successful.

Distribution Policy

Selling the code of any script or product, free or otherwise, belonging to Invisitec.com without prior written consent is expressly forbidden. Permission must be obtained before reselling or redistributing our Scripts or programs in any form or over any medium. In all cases, copyright messages in script header must remain in tact and unaltered inlcuding our "outright" script sales.

Licensing Agreement, Warranties and Disclaimers

The following constitutes an agreement between you (the end user/purchaser) and us (Invisitec.com). By purchasing and using our software, products or services you agree to and accept the licensing agreement stated on this page. All documentation, goods and services are provided "as is" and without warranty. We hereby disclaim all warranties relating to any documentation, goods and services, whether express or implied, including warranties of suitability. In no event shall we be liable for any direct, indirect or consequential damages resulting in loss of revenue or data, incurred by you or any of our products, information or services. We reserve the right to revise the terms and conditions stated on this page at any time without notice. You agree to be bound by such revisions, and you are encouraged to periodically revisit this page to review the then current terms and conditions.

We grant you the right to use one copy of the software, product or service purchased, for testing and familiarization purposes. We also grant you the right to implement, install and use one copy of the software or product purchased on a single web site domain for use by one entity once the evaluation copy is removed / deleted.

By purchasing a product you are also subscribing to our periodic newsletter which will notify you of new software releases, updates and special offers. In accordance with United States and International anti-spamming laws, an unsubscribe link that removes you from all future mailings will accompany each e-mail notification.

Free hosting service providers such as AngelFire.com make it very difficult for us and you the customer to install and/or debug CGI scripts. As such, we do not even attempt to install our scripts or products on free hosting servers. If your web site resides on such a server, you should not purchase any of our products. If in the event you do purchase our products for use on such servers, we will not refund any portion of the product cost.
For taxation purposes, we must keep accurate transaction and installation records. At the time of software installation, you will be asked to enter information such as your web site's domain name and your product's serial number. This information is used to validate copies of our software.

We reserve all rights. Written permission must be obtained from us before you may copy, reproduce, publish, modify or alter in any way, any media, software, documents or products, in part or in whole, contained within our web site or traded by us. All media, software, documents and products are the property of PerlScriptsJavaScripts.com. We retain ownership and copyright of software products purchased from us and all copies of the software. As a licensee you may make one copy of the software product solely for backup purposes. Removal of any copyright messages, publicly visible or otherwise without prior written permission from us is expressly forbidden. Unauthorized reproduction of any of our software, documents or products is prohibited by Federal and International laws and subject to criminal prosecution.

Any use of software and accompanying documentation from this Web site is subject to the terms of a software license agreement between you and us. Development Policy

While Invisitec.com endorses freedom of speech and expression, we will not develop any scripts or programs or provide any services (programming or otherwise) for organizations that we perceive to promote hate or prejudice based on the race, religion or sex of any individual, group or organization. Invisitec.com will NOT develop any type of harvesting script or program, including but not limited to, e-mail harvesters, URL harvesters and content fetching. If development of works has begun and Invisitec.com becomes aware that the buyer of said work is in breech of this policy, development with cease immediately and all payments will be forfeited.

End of Life Policy

Rapidly changing technologies as well as competitive pressures influence the level, timing and character of demand for a particular product or group of products. All of this drives the need to introduce new products and services and to bring older versions of software to their EOL. Once a product has been withdrawn from Marketing or reached it's EOL support for it will no longer be offered, nor will the product be available for distribution.
